The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) of an apartment building. With a living space of 85 sqm, it has a spacious, light-flooded living/dining area with sofa, dining area and access to the balcony, a kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and workstation and a bedroom with a 240 cm wide family bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub and washing machine. 

The bedroom with family bed has air conditioning on hot days. The windows cannot be completely darkened, but there is a blackout fabric that can be attached to the windows with Velcro if required. In addition to the usual bed linen, two blankets measuring 155 x 220 cm are provided.
An extra bed, playpen and baby toys can be provided on request. 

There is no elevator in the house. Baby carriages or similar can be parked in front of the cellar.

The apartment is located on the Weiße Traun river on the outskirts of Ruhpolding, a municipality in the Upper Bavarian district of Traunstein. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and cycling in summer and cross-country skiing and skiing in winter. The center of Ruhpolding is 10 minutes away, the nearest swimming pool is a 15-minute walk.
Lake Chiemsee, the Three Lakes area, the Ruhrpolding leisure park, a golf course and various ski slopes can be reached within 20 minutes by car.
