The house has 240 square meters of living space and two residential units that are rented out together. The adjoining apartment (“Ferienwohnung Naturklang”) is located on the first floor and has its own entrance. Dogs are welcome in this unit. It has a bedroom with double bed, a small kitchen with dining area, a shower room with washing machine and dryer and a living room with additional sofa bed. 
The large accommodation unit is located on the 1st floor and attic and is pet hair free. There is a large kitchen, a dining area for 16 people, a multi-purpose room with play equipment, two bathrooms and four bedrooms - on the 1st floor a bedroom with double bed and bunk bed for 3 people and in the attic a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with family bed (270x200) and another bedroom with family bed (270x200) and children's bed (70x160). In total there are 18-20 sleeping possibilities for 16 people.
Outside there is a large garden with barbecue facilities, playhouse, sandpit and play equipment.

The rental price is as follows:
Basic price 250 € for 1 person, each additional person 10 € (for 16 persons 400€/night)
Final cleaning: 200€
Dogs: 20€/stay 

Quiet, natural residential area in the district of Bautzen in Saxon Upper Lusatia. The beautiful half-timbered houses are typical of the region. The immediate surroundings invite you to hike through nature.
Many well-known excursion destinations, such as Saxon Switzerland, Dresden, Görlitz, the Zittau Mountains or the Lusatian Lakeland can be reached in less than an hour. Bautzen and the Kleinwelka dinosaur park are ten minutes away by car, and the Bautzen reservoir with its high ropes course and mini golf course is 20 minutes away.
