"Chalet Balu": Chalet Balu is the top building on the Rungger organic farm and is situated at 1280m above sea level. On three floors, it has a dormitory (pallet) for 4-6 people on the upper floor and a living room with sofa bed and balcony, a kitchen with adjoining dining area and wood-burning stove, a bedroom with double bed and two extra beds and a shower room on the second floor. On the 1st floor there is a cellar room and the sauna. There is also a shop for farm produce. Outside there is a balcony on the 1st floor and a large garden. The house is heated independently with wood which is provided for you. The pallet sleeping area is accessible via a narrow staircase. Optimum occupancy: 6 people Cows and their calves, chickens, ponies and goats as well as a cat and a dog live on the farm.

The organic farm is located in Under Dutjen, which belongs to the municipality of Safiental in the canton of Graubünden. The surrounding area invites you to hikes and other excursions into the nature of the Swiss Alps. The nearest shops are the farm store and the village store in Valendas. Arrival by public transport is possible (pick-up and drop-off service from the hosts to the nearest train station).
